Dutch Touch Soccer Tours was founded by UEFA A Pro-licensed international football/ soccer coach Jan Pruijn, former head coach and general manager at several professional Dutch football clubs, including NEC and Helmond Sport. During his six years at AJAX Cape Town, Pruijn held four different positions -technical department head, assistant coach, interim head coach, and, most recently, head of scouting.

As head of scouting for AJAX CT, Pruijn was active as a football consultant. Pruijn visited many professional soccer clubs across the globe, including Urawa Red Diamonds, Real Sociedad, FC Porto, FC Basel, and several British clubs. For the past 12 years, Pruijn served as coach and soccer tour organizer for several large Japanese soccer tour agencies. He has been interviewed by international soccer media outlets on the subject of Dutch youth player development. Rob Russo

Rob Russo has been a head collegiate soccer coach for 38 years. During his coaching career he has amassed over 400 wins and is in the Top 50 all time wins for collegiate coaches. Besides coaching at the collegiate level Russo is the director and owner of the Score and Save Soccer camps and has taken over 20 international trips with club and collegiate teams to Holland, Germany and Costa Rica.
